Dr Nkululeko Buthelezi grew up in KwaZulu-Natal North Coast and graduated as a medical doctor at university of Cape Town 2004

  • He qualified as a specialist physician and a gastroenterologist with Nelson Mandela Medical school in UKZN.
  • He ventured into private practice in 2016
  • His subspecialty interests include inflammatory bowel disease, clinical nutrition, irritable bowel syndrome and endoscopic procedures
